Chilli peppers, Turmeric powder, Ginger are few examples of anti inflammatory food items.These contain Omega 3 fatty acids, capsaicin etc which can hamper inflammation.Cabbage, Cauliflower, onions, garlic also controls the inflammation.

 These controls the impact of the pain naturally. As the above mentioned food stuff is provided with medicinal values, they give instant relief from inflammation. If the pain persists, you must consult doctor immediately. Care must be taken while consuming the natural food as they have harmful bacteria in them. We should clean the vegetables before cooking or consuming them directly.
