Our health condition depends on the food we take. Our food should contain all the essential nutrients and vitamins. Healthy diet keeps you away from the diseases.Taking high calorie food stuff may result in the deposition of additional fats (cholesteral) obesity, metabolic disorders and other cardiac problems.

Some times we may fall ill due to  food poisoning, diarrhoea and other infections. Some food habits protects you from all the infections and other health problems.Spinach, Mint and other leafy vegetables should be washed with water before consumption. Eggs are very good for health. Excess intake of eggs may affect you as they contain salmonella bacteria. Extensive care must be taken while using Tuna fish. It should be washed with water carefully to avoid cramps and head ache.

Oysters should not be consumed as a regular diet, as they contain harmful viruses which can cause severe fever, gastric problems and skin blisters. Potatoes have become a part of our daily diet. But it should be cleaned well before taking. Potatoes contain e-coli bacteria which affect digestive system and reduce your immune power.Berries also contain a parasite called cyclospora which result in stomach pain, dehydration and diarrhoea.Limit the use of pea nut butter in your daily diet as it contains salmonella bacteria.
